04 — USER AGREEMENT

Short, in plain words.

  1. One activation code activates ShotKiln on one machine at a time. Rebinding goes through support.
  2. Videos you render are yours, including for commercial use. Templates, fonts and motion assets stay licensed to ShotKiln and may not be resold on their own.
  3. Bring-your-own AI keys are billed by those providers; ShotKiln never sees or stores them outside your machine.
  4. Codes can't be refunded once issued. Two renders are free before you buy so you can check it works on your machine.
  5. Don't use it to make content that breaks the law or the platform rules where you post.
